You can get little plastic/glass bead thingys to use instead of the wheat - far less likely to rot or go mouldy.
I've got some plastic ones, they work great. Spotlight, hun.
I have a real soft spot for wheat, especially this wheat, as it is mixed with lavender and smells amazing.I'll look into plastic beads, but I think I'll come back to the wheat. The natural element of it appeals to me. ^^; If they do rot, eventually, well, so be it.But thanks for the suggestion! I hadn't thought of those~
